ProBatch 365 Delivery Rating

Reliability in delivery, quantity, and quality - and more: The app automatically provides the detailed data you need to make powerful arguments in supplier meetings. In addition, you can define any number of criteria that can be evaluated manually.

Here’s what you’ll find in the app:

• Automatic determination of the quantitative key figures: Delivery reliability, quantity reliability, and partial deliveries
  The app evaluates the deliveries already completed in the system. Was the delivery made at the right time? Does the delivery quantity match the order? Do unplanned partial deliveries cause extra work? You can determine if these criteria are relevant to your company and in which period you want to evaluate.

• As many qualitative criteria as you want
  Quantity meets quality because you supplement the quantitative key figures with qualitative criteria. Use this feature to evaluate, for example, the communication with your supplier, the service provided, or their flexibility when orders change - you can define the criteria yourself.

• Criteria weighting
  Are supplier punctuality and availability more important to you than the number of deliveries? Then simply weight the quantitative and qualitative criteria according to your own value system.

• Supplier classification
  A, B, C or Primary, Secondary, Tertiary. Using the weighted criteria and the points assigned, you can classify your suppliers. And you can decide yourself which scale to use.

• Evaluation of your company’s delivery behavior
  Don't just evaluate your suppliers, evaluate your own delivery quality. To do this, track the change in quality over multiple periods and document these for audits and quotes.

• Quality ratings (in combination with the ProBatch 365 Quality Assurance app)
  Get even more out of the system by extending your assessment with the results of inspection orders from the Quality Assurance app to evaluate item delivery quality. If required, you can also evaluate them automatically and include them in the supplier classification.
